Ragina Fitz, Service Advisor, listened to my concerns and understood my anxiety due to the age of my E350. She was knowledgeable, professional and addressed all my questions. Ragina was wonderful. Got me right in and set me up with a loner. The service people told her and she told me to expect the work to be about 2 hours and it took about 4. T Got me right in and set me up with a loner. The service people told her and she told me to expect the work to be about 2 hours and it took about 4. That and the fact that we had asked that they check and correct the pressure in the tires and it was not done are my only complaints. Otherwise a good experience. BTW, the facilities are beautiful and the new cars mighty tempting. More

Poor communication had an appointment at 950 am car wasn’t looked until 1130 am the next day. Multiple calls to my advisor with no answer after i left messages. Would text and still wasn’t answer the q wasn’t looked until 1130 am the next day. Multiple calls to my advisor with no answer after i left messages. Would text and still wasn’t answer the questions I asked. The only time i received a call back is because i had a tow truck come to get my car to take it to another Mercedes to get the work down. In my car returns I notice my center cap is missing once again reached out to my advisor no response. More
