In 2006, I purchased a New Mercedes-Benz CLS 500 and my initial impression of your dealership was highly favorable! The Service Reps were personable, informative and attentive to both my needs and concern initial impression of your dealership was highly favorable! However, in my opinion, somewhere along the line that demonstrated concern for the Customer has unfortunately diminished and replaced with a detached, impersonal business-like demeanor! As a retired businessman, I always considered my Customer to be my "most valuable asset," because let's face it, without the "Customer" there would be no business. More
