I was very disappointed in the follow up with the service department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. I did not receive any follow up on my vehicle, after it was dropped off department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. Everything was taken care of and my vehicle was clean and ready. The service rep was very courteous and made it very comfortable for me by offering coffee and other refreshments.
