First purchase of a MB from this dealership. I was skeptical because there are few cars on the lot these days even though they may show 100 or so on the website. Most are "in-transit" or worse, I was skeptical because there are few cars on the lot these days even though they may show 100 or so on the website. Most are "in-transit" or worse, sold. The sales rep, Sam, though was upfront an honest about what was available. He kept us informed the entire time including the exact day and time the vehicle was shipped from the factory. He even took a picture of it when it arrived at the dealership on a Sunday. His explanation and demonstration of the SUV was excellent. Clearly he knew his stuff. Overall a very good experience. I would buy again from Sam and this dealer More
