Easiest Car Purchase Ever! My wife and I were looking for a 2017 Golf and I had sent out emails to about a ten dealerships outlining the model, options, and price we were wanted My wife and I were looking for a 2017 Golf and I had sent out emails to about a ten dealerships outlining the model, options, and price we were wanted. Devin at Umansky Volkswagen of Milwaukee responded within 24 hours to my initial email advising that Umansky could meet the price. After a few more emails back and forth to confirm color and time of pick-up, we arrived at a deal and a date/time for vehicle delivery. I was a little bit leery going in to pick up the car because everything felt "too easy" up to that point. My fears were unfounded as Devin was waiting for us and had all of the paperwork (with no deviations from what we had agreed on) and the car ready when we arrived. We spent about 30 minutes with Patti in Finance to sign paperwork and go over the terms of our loan. Patti was very friendly and did not try to push finance terms or extended protections that we didn't want. After we signed the paperwork, Devin demonstrated the features of the car and put our new license plates on for us. We were in the dealership less than two hours total. I would definitely buy from Umansky Volkswagen in the future. More

FINANCE MANAGER LIES We've purchased two cars from this dealership in the last three years. Our second car purchase didn't go as smoothly as the first when the finance ma We've purchased two cars from this dealership in the last three years. Our second car purchase didn't go as smoothly as the first when the finance manager Chris Palmisano had a hissy fit and became angry that we didn't want the extended warranty. He bullied us into it and we ended up taking it. He also told us that a requirement of the financing was that we take their gap insurance. Well, the financing company called up to confirm our address and a few other details and said this was absolutely not true. I asked Chris about this and he said, "I must have missed heard him." I cancelled the extended warranty and the gap insurance. He is a slime ball and I'd never buy a car from them again. I wouldn't go into Chris's office without your phone recording the conversation. Protect yourself and double check everything he does. Our sales guy has moved on so I will leave him out of it. More

Exceeded Expectations I am extremely pleased with this dealership. I was looking at vehicles online when I came across a Mercedes C300 that they had. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mario and Brian. From speaking with these gentlemen, I could tell they were very honest and truly stood behind what they were selling. This won me over and the next morning I drove to go see the vehicle (8.5 hours from where I live). When I arrived at the facility, the staff was friendly and professional. Brian was very courteous and took me to see the vehicle which was absolutely gorgeous and 100% true to the description I got over the phone. Shortly after that, I met with Mario who was informative and gave me a very thorough explanation of the features of my car. Throughout my experience here everything went very smoothly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I simply could not have asked for a better buying experience from Brian and Mario and I would have no problem traveling 8+ hours again to buy from this outstanding facility. More
