Our second car purchase didn't go as smoothly as the first when the finance manager Chris Palmisano had a hissy fit and became angry that we didn't want the extended warranty. He bullied us into it and we ended up taking it. He also told us that a requirement of the financing was that we take their gap insurance. Well, the financing company called up to confirm our address and a few other details and said this was absolutely not true. I asked Chris about this and he said, "I must have missed heard him." I cancelled the extended warranty and the gap insurance. He is a slime ball and I'd never buy a car from them again. I wouldn't go into Chris's office without your phone recording the conversation. Protect yourself and double check everything he does. Our sales guy has moved on so I will leave him out of it. More

Exceeded Expectations I am extremely pleased with this dealership. I was looking at vehicles online when I came across a Mercedes C300 that they had. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mario and Brian. From speaking with these gentlemen, I could tell they were very honest and truly stood behind what they were selling. This won me over and the next morning I drove to go see the vehicle (8.5 hours from where I live). When I arrived at the facility, the staff was friendly and professional. Brian was very courteous and took me to see the vehicle which was absolutely gorgeous and 100% true to the description I got over the phone. Shortly after that, I met with Mario who was informative and gave me a very thorough explanation of the features of my car. Throughout my experience here everything went very smoothly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I simply could not have asked for a better buying experience from Brian and Mario and I would have no problem traveling 8+ hours again to buy from this outstanding facility. More

Striving to be average After flying into look at a 2012 4runner I was interested in at Umansky I was concerned about the age and condition of the tires on this unit. Mario in a phone conversation told me the tires were in good condition and in person said he would have no problem putting his family in this vehicle. Mario also told me in his experience he never had tires last more than 20,000 miles. I asked for a price break on the unit since the tires were questionable. Mario did the dark age "let me ask my manager" and Brian his manager refused to give me any relief. After Mario made a couple trips to Brian's office Brian pays a visit to Mario's office to play a game of good-guy bad-guy on me. I was sticking to my guns and wasn't leaving until I got a couple hundred knocked off the price but Brian got angry and stormed out of the office saying he had work to do and would give me $100.00. The experience left me realizing that the car biz hasn't changed a bit in 100 years. I payed $27,700.00 cash for the vehicle and when I got home payed another $800.00 for new tires. The questionable tires with the slight weather checking and marginal tread were manufactured in 2011 and were the original tires on the 4runner that had 53,000 miles on it. Let me ask you...........would you put your family in a car with those tires? More

The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles.
