So when Im getting parts from Toyota i ask about what happened when the car was brought in, they hand me paperwork that says Internal destruction of transmission needs to be replaced $4,200. I was never told any of this. Now we have a car we paid full price for with an engine apart and a bad transmission. We have met with Management twice now and they are not willing to let us return it, fix it, or help with the price of parts. More

A few weeks ago my wife and I contacted Mercedes Benz of Myrtle Beach concerning an SL450 they had in their inventory. We made arrangements with Brad Stewart to see the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was clean, fueled, and ready for a test drive. Since the automobile was exactly as described in the CarGurus advertisement, with only 1350 miles on the odometer, and priced properly, we decided to purchase it. Brad made all the arrangements to transfer the license plates from our trade-in, explain the features and operation of the SL450, and prepare the sales contract. Robby Pihota, the Finance Manager, walked us through the different available finance packages offered by Mercedes Benz. We chose a finance and extended warranty program and within four hours of our arrival at the dealership, we were on our way home to Beaufort. In summary, we were very pleased with the vehicle, the dealership, and the non-pressure approach of our salesman. More
