Had a bad lease-end experience, but management made it right We took our 2012 C-Class in for a lease-end pre-inspection and had a bad experience with one of their sales people (who I will not mention by name). We took our 2012 C-Class in for a lease-end pre-inspection and had a bad experience with one of their sales people (who I will not mention by name). He didn't properly do the inspection, assured me I wouldn't have to pay anything for the wear-and-tear, and gave me no pre-inspection report or similar paperwork that I expected. He was keen to sell me a new 2015 C-Series lease, but the pricing he gave was above our budget and he could not offer a better price without reducing equipment level. When I subsequently informed him I would be getting a car from a different manufacturer, he then told me we would be charged for damage and exaggerated the extent of wear-and-tear. My wife called the general manager, Kevin Deutsch, to complain about the experience. He was very apologetic and arranged for us to come in to return the vehicle. I spoke with Tommy Rudaj, the Sales Manager, who earned back my trust and worked with me to come up with lease terms that worked for us. The lease return, new vehicle selection and delivery were facilitated by Carlos Nazario. Financing paperwork was done by Sergio. Sergio was a bit backed up on the day we were there and we had to wait around a long time, but he was thorough and made everything clear. The 2015 C-Class is an awesome car - a massive improvement over the 2012 - and after my initial bad experience the management of the firm really made things right. Carlos and Tommy provided exemplary service. More

I been to other dealerships before purchasing my C300, which I loveeee!!!! And because the sales Reps were so pushy and not listening to what I want I left. MB makes you feel like family right when you walk into the door. Also, Sergio who works in Finance was also down to earth and was not being pushy at all.
