Bobby Crosby is incredible. He has to be the nicest and most genuine salesman I have ever met! He was cordial, polite, very customer service oriented - but was quick on his feet and got things done for me most genuine salesman I have ever met! He sold me a certified benz (with some bells and whistles too:-) and exercised extreme patience with me (I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to big purchases). He worked with me for a few weeks to ensure I was completely satisfied with my every need re the vehicle (i came in for another but ended up with the one I REALLY wanted). Bobby demonstrated the highest level of attentiveness, courtesy and responsiveness - and overall, a genuine understanding of human nature. He understood this is a big purchase and regardless of the mercedes brand, he took the time to explain why the car model I purchased was a great opportunity BUT also took the time to give me some space and time for my husband and I to think about it. To be honest, if it weren't for Bobby's genuine understanding and patience (never pushing me), and high level of customer service (responsive, attentive, courteous) he provided us, I wouldn't have stayed with MB of Larchmont. I was prepared to go down the block to a leading competitor.
