He has made himself fully available to me at anytime no matter what my issue has been with my car. Even service appointments, he has stepped right in and made sure I was fully satisified. I resently hit a pothole and got a flat tire, I called Jay Criss from the side of the road and he made sure I was taken care of from that moment until I drove my car out of the dealership in perfect condition.
