Profesionalism through a Friendly Way This was my second experience in a Mercedes dealer and it was the right one in several ways, let me explain how. I just moved to Cleveland about a yea This was my second experience in a Mercedes dealer and it was the right one in several ways, let me explain how. I just moved to Cleveland about a year ago and decided to upgrade my BMW 328 to a more winter conditioned but also a sporty car. I was debating to buy a Porsche Carrera 4S. At that time AMG GTS kicked in the podium and I was stunned with the futures and look. As you know it is a 2 wheel drive sports car but still I wanted to explore it and have a close look. I visited a dealership in Cleveland area since they had some ready sell ones but first of all one of the sales man was really less optimistic and enthusiastic to show me the car, and even said they don't let customers to drive these type of cars as a test. I explained him I was serious about buying this car, anyway after they did some credit scoring all of a sudden interest level changed and another experienced manager started to talk to me and even we took a short drive test. They also named a 10 grand earnest money to order the car. All those type of approach was not right for me from the get go. Later I learned about the true AMG Service which is only provided in North Olmsted. That is how I got in touch with Drew Dunleavy and Helder Rosa. The moment I visited Mercedes of North Olmsted the experience was always very professional. Drew is a very friendly but professional family man who worked for Mercedes many many years. He himself understands the high end cars of Mercedes to economical practical cars. He understood my desire and lust to AMG GTS but gave me good suggestions to deal with winter conditions of Cleveland. First I was debating to keep my BMW to use daily in winter but still order the AMG. But he came with a better idea. He helped me to get my BMW to upgrade with a prepaid lease to GLA 250 for 3 years which I thought was a great deal and we ordered my AMG GTS with a very little down payment like 500$. I recently got my GTS and it is a fantastic car as you can imagine. Every detail is as we planned with Drew and I was very content to work with him. I believe we had good business together and made some friends. I would like to thank Drew for the job he does, his willingness to help his customers whenever and the comfort he gave us with every visit. He even personally helped me several times which he did not need to do so to a level to drive my GLA for a little fix. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with these cars but the service is beyond your expectations.
