"First service on our Sprinter will be our last!"

Called to schedule first service, oil change, and tire rotation. No problem we are told, we have an opening tomorrow. 5 hours and $300.00 plus later my wife had to drive back to the dealership to get answers on why it was taking so long. No follow-up call from service advisor to notify of any expected delay. Quote: "It should take 2 hours unless there is some issue with the check engine light; I'll call you if there is an issue." No call!!! Called repeatedly to find out what's going on. Couldn't get through to the service department. Came to pick it up and we were blamed for letting the def fluid run low. Maybe Mercedes should put in a warning in their fabulous computer system that warns you that you are about to get low on def fluid before it screws up the system not after. Just a thought. Wish we had considered the new Ford Transit van a little longer. Ryan, you really did not address our concerns!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service delivered at this Mercedes dealer and the conversation/recommendations discussed with service representative Josephine. I have purchased vehicles at the BMW, Saab, amd Lexus dealerships and nothing compares to the environment at Mercedes North Olmsted. It is nice when an organization performs above expectations.

"N. O. Mercedes Benz "Customer Satisfaction is Top Priority""

My Wife an I have purchased several vehicles from North Olmsted Mercedes Benz. They have always exceeded our expectations when it comes to a fair pressure free negotiation, follow through and customer service. We have referred several of our friends who also ended up leasing or purchasing a vehicle and they all came away with the same experience. They are in the business of selling great vehicles. They make is so easy to get your vehicle serviced. They will pick your car up and leave you a loaner and return your vehicle when complete. However, once you purchase a vehicle you become part of a unique group. Bernie Moreno routinely sponsors customer appreciation events that all customers are invited to. These events are an outstanding way of thanking customers for their business. Jazz Concerts, Food Trucks, Craft Beer and Wine Tastings, Fashion Shows, Movie Premiers, Free Gifts. It has become something that we really look forward to and it gets better every year. There are other Mercedes dealers much closer to our home. However, they simply cannot match the total experience of purchasing a new or previously enjoyed vehicle that is offered at NO Mercedes. Bernie Moreno has set up a business model that all employees buy into which sets the standard for others to follow. We will remain loyal customers. Keep up the great work.

"Troubleshooting technology"

CAG installed an aftermarket product on my car, and I was concerned if there were technical issues with equipment. I contacted Joe Arno via text, and Joe sent a technician out to my office the same day to troubleshoot the equipment. I was unable to be without my car due to my schedule, and Joe not only accommodated my schedule, but the same day. The issue was resolved, and most importantly, the sense of urgency and understanding of my concerns were addressed. Collection Auto Group delivers a white glove service and an experience that is focused on the client.

"Josephine and Jim are some of the best people in the car..."

Josephine and Jim are some of the best people in the car service industry. Jim Shields is the person to go to when it comes to anything electronics related for your vehicle. He installed a radar detector system and a laser shifting system in my BMW and he really knows what he is doing. He will stay all night if that is what it takes to do your car. Josephine does all of the paperwork with you and she really knows what she is talking about. She is very courteous and helpful. She shows you where to go in the dealership in order to relax. They have a huge customer area where they have coffee, soda and water. Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is the place to go even if you don't have a Mercedes. It is the perfect dealership for speed protection work as well. Bernie Moreno the owner is also a pleasure to deal with.

All I kept hearing was that they are from Boston, they don't know how it works in my city/state, service was mediocre at best. I'm just hoping that I dont' regret buying my first Mercedes Benz from this dealership. I have service scheduled again soon so we'll see how that goes. I'm giving them one more chance!
