The customer service that I received from the service
department representative was the WORST. I was traveling and needed quick tire maintenance. I was told to show up at 8 am for express service. Upon a

Upon arrival, the service rep was immediately negative about my issue and acted as if I was an inconvenience that couldn't truly be helped. He was not helpful with my warranty and insisted that I had 3rd party coverage. He challenged every suggestion that was given by the original Mercedes dealer that sold me my car. He deemed everyone's opinion as incorrect and dismissed suggestions except his own. His behavior was condescending and even asked if my car was used. Even after being given my coverage information by the dealer that sold me my car, he still insisted I leave a form of payment as security. Then proceeded to reiterate the cost of my repair as if I didn't have the funds to cover the cost. His behavior towards me suggested that an African American female, in my age range, couldn't afford the car I had in my possession. I was truly insulted. And, as if this wasn't enough, the 2 additional requests for vehicle maintenance weren't performed. Lasly, they called themselves cleaning the inside of my vehicle. When I got into the car to leave, the weather mats had water in them. I will never use their service again.
