My service advisor - Michael Stanwyck kept me regularly updated. Waiting area was really clean and quiet. Upon completion of the work, the car was cleaned and returned - ready to go. All in, a great experience, no issue or problems. Highly recommended. More

Why don't they call back? How do you know a service department is charging way too much money? I have tried multiple times, and was told someone from the service department would call me "as soon as possible" to schedule service. Apparently they are doing very well at MB Northlake, and don't want my business! The old adage is true, screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. If you love irony as much as me, I've received mailers and emails from MB Northlake telling me my service is overdue! Time to go somewhere else. More
