Bought a CPO GL Blutec I was replacing my old Odyssey and was looking for CPO GL. I went online to MBUSA website and started searching for CPO vehicles and sent inquiries to various dealers in the east coast. Got in touch with Rob about the vehicle I was interested. Negotiated the deal over the email. I'm from Atlanta, and the dealership being in Charlotte, I had to rely on carfax and MB CPO certificate. Drove over on the weekend. When I reached there, everything was exactly what was discussed. Met with Rob and the finance manager Jacob. They made the whole process very pleasant. Rob even took care of the rental and dropped it for me. To simply put: 1. Rob makes the process easy, clearly lay out the options. 2. Jacob - the best finance manager I have met. Was patient and explained all the options and was not pushy. I did not buy any of the options. 3. If you are within driving range of this dealership, you should seriously consider it. -p More

However, the exact opposite was true. I met Chad Woods after entering the dealership and he made me feel so welcome and comfortable. He was a very nice young man, who answered my questions and then we drove the car. He showed me some of the great features that I would have never seen. He was a delight to be around and helped me with my trade-in value and getting a very good financing deal.
