After shopping around at several dealerships, I stumbled upon Mercedes Benz of Northlake. Alexis made my car shopping experience comfortable and easy. She was very quick to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in (even on a Sunday when the dealership was closed). Mercedes Benz of Northlake definitely outshines any of the other dealerships I was considering. Their entire staff seems very personable, honest, and transparent. Unlike other dealerships, the car I was interested in was already competitively priced, so there wasn't much haggling involved. I want to sincerely thank Alexis Greene and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Northlake for all of their hard work. They pulled strings and did everything in their power to make my first time car buying experience pleasant. More

Great experience My wife and I were impressed from the moment we drove into the Auto mall. We had been to several other Dealerships and didn't get the "WOW" feeling. Once on the lot Chad greeted us in a very short period again different then what we had experienced at other dealerships. Coming to Mercedes-Benz of Northlake we knew what we wanted and what was going to get us to drive off the lot with a new car. We had a previous GREAT experience at the Hendricks Acura Dealership. We explained this to Chad as a challenge and to be honest with you Chad was spot on with how he handled our car buying experience. More

As far as the car sorta disappointed in it does not ride as good as my 10 yr. old Infinite and doesn't have as many gadgets as I had on my I35 but my fault for not test driving a new Infinite also. Also when first doing application down payment was 1800. with a very low tradein value for my car then they came back and ask for 6000.00 down and monthly payment 10.00 more on the month. Live and learn don't go car shopping without a man!! More

The car was very competitively priced, and the price on the window was already within the median price range for a similar vehicle, therefore negating the need for the back-and-forth negotiation that is normally a part of the car buying experience. Great experience!!!! With this being my first, official car purchase, I was a bit nervous about the process of it all. Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted and wel With this being my first, official car purchase, I was a bit nervous about the process of it all. Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. Everyone present at the front desk introduced themselves and were extremely kind. My main concern with purchasing a car is having to deal with a salesman who would try to coerce me into a sale I was not comfortable with. Demarco Crump did everything but that. He was available to answer all of the many questions that I had. He talked me through the process, telling me exactly what to expect each step of the way and did so in a timely manner. I walked into financing feeling comfortable and at ease with my decision to purchase my vehicle. Even during the test drive with Jahmal Hemphill, the same level of customer services continued. Jahmal made it a point to address the different features in the car that I was neglecting to acknowledge when it came to its functionality. In finance, Jacob Cates was very thorough with explaining the paperwork and made sure that all my questions were answered. It was nice to be able to go through financing quickly, without having a feeling of uncertainty when I left. Overall, I think this is one of the best dealerships I've been to because it felt like the employees cared more about my experience and comfort than they did about closing a deal. More
