After shopping around at several dealerships, I stumbled upon Mercedes Benz of Northlake. Alexis made my car shopping experience comfortable and easy. She was very quick to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in (even on a Sunday when the dealership was closed). Mercedes Benz of Northlake definitely outshines any of the other dealerships I was considering. Their entire staff seems very personable, honest, and transparent. Unlike other dealerships, the car I was interested in was already competitively priced, so there wasn't much haggling involved. I want to sincerely thank Alexis Greene and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Northlake for all of their hard work. As far as the car sorta disappointed in it does not ride as good as my 10 yr. old Infinite and doesn't have as many gadgets as I had on my I35 but my fault for not test driving a new Infinite also. Also when first doing application down payment was 1800. with a very low tradein value for my car then they came back and ask for 6000.00 down and monthly payment 10.00 more on the month. Live and learn don't go car shopping without a man!! More
