I initially visited this dealership in late 2012. I was I initially visited this dealership in late 2012. I was browsing vehicles while getting my car serviced. I was assisted by Rob Bacharach. He was so I initially visited this dealership in late 2012. I was browsing vehicles while getting my car serviced. I was assisted by Rob Bacharach. He was so kind and patient. Answered my questions in detail and showed me several vehicles. This despite the fact I made it clear I was not in the market to make a purchase anytime soon. I spoke with Rob a few times by phone over the next several months. I again visited the dealership Summer of 2013, again I found Rob to be helpful. He had that perfect balance of wanting to help with decisions and be informative with out being "pushy". He availed himself to me on several occasions without any guarantee of a sale. Needless to say when I was ready to make a purchase I did call Rob. As expected he did all he could to make the process go smoothly and efficiently. He and the dealership worked with me on all aspects of the buying process and I walked away completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Rob Bacharach. In edition to Rob I was assisted in learning all about my new vehicle by Jamal who was also thorough and patient. Taylor in service also did a great job. I went to dealerships for several manufactures; BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. From the minute I walked into Mercedes Benz Northlake, the level of attention and service was far superior to any of th Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. From the minute I walked into Mercedes Benz Northlake, the level of attention and service was far superior to any of the other dealerships, even another Mercedes dealership I had visited earlier. I was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I came through the door and our Sales representative Chad Woods was the best of all the sales professionals I have dealt with in the last decade. Chad listened carefully to what I was looking for and then did his research to locate for me several options to check out. He made arrangements for me to test drive the cars as soon as they arrived and did an excellent job of highlighting all the advantages and options with the S550 and comparing the cars available. He professionally managed the entire process and made sure that the car met the Hendrick Motors standards and my own requirements. When the car was ready, he delivered it to my office, which was just a final touch of great service. After delivery he has followed up several times to make sure I am happy with the car and the service. While I am very happy with the S550, it was the service that ultimately made the difference. I could have bought the S550 at several other dealerships, but Chad and the Hendricks team made the real difference. Next time I need anothe car I will be a repeat customer for Chad and Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. More

I was impressed. It is easy to access, the grounds are immaculate, the showroom is upscale and the staff is very polite. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Bacharach. I found him to be knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot, polite and trustworthy. I didnt feel like I was being sold - I felt like he was helping me make a positive decision about a major purchase.
