The experience I had at Northlake was nothing shy of perfect. This is the first car I bought on my own and he made sure that I was comfortable with the price, the type of car and my monthly payment. He got me an APR rate I couldn't have dreamed of. I came from another state to purchase this car, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I know I got a great deal, and Rob made it effortless. By the time I took my long trip to get to the dealership he made sure everything was all set for me and all I had to do was sign on the lines and drive off in my gorgeous car. I got a used car and it looked brand new. They even went so far as to clean it off again after they drove it to the gas station to fill up my gas tank, so that when I left the dealership it was spotless for me and had a tank full of gas! Every other person in the dealership I came in contact with made sure I was comfortable and offered me beverages and snacks and anything else I could have needed as well. While I waited for the car to get completely ready, Rob checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was still comfortable. Other employees also came by and asked me and the other customers waiting in the comfortable lounge if we needed anything, just to make sure we were satisfied. I felt incredibly spoiled by my experience and I would tell anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car to go to Northlake. More

Your product, facility and employees are a class act. I dug deep in to my memory archives searching for an unpleasant visit/experience to share. FORTUNATELY, I can’t find anything negative during my 2.5 months as a MB driver. During the purchase of my ML 350, Mr. Crawford made me feel as though his fiduciary responsibilities were to me not his employer. Not only did he find the vehicle that I wanted, the options exceeded expectations. Once he found the vehicle, your support in garnering finance was phenomenal. Mr. Mihoch financial presentation was awesome. All I did was show up, looked at the car, signed documents and drove away with a new vehicle; yes it was that simple AND with a smile. If I didn’t know that MB has been around forever and had a reputation for fine vehicles, I might have given this process a second thought as it really was an experience that was too good to be true. You have thought every aspect of vehicle purchasing and rolled it out in style. You even provide a delivery specialist to teach ndew owners how to use/driver their fine "computauto" (computerized automobile). Mr. Hemphill was so kind and patient with me. The only reason I didn't feel incompetent was because he is young and like most young folk, they master current technology like the learning their "ABCs". His sincerity and pleasant demeanor made me feel comfortable to come back for remediation. -_- Recently, I felt remised for not purchasing my MB SUV sooner. However, I now realize that previously owning a BMW 750Li and Saab 95 made me more appreciative waiting for the real “best driving experience ever”, MERCEDES BENZ! I looovve my ML 350 and I love MB Northlake. You are the BEST!! More

Chad took the time to walk me through the features of my new car, introduced me to the service team, explained to me what I needed to do when it was time for maintenance. He followed with me after several weeks of my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, never experienced that from other dealerships. It was the best car buying experience I had in a long time. Great team! I appreciate their customer friendly atmosphere, will definite make future purchases there. More

From that point on Alexis took extremely good care of me; was never pushy, was always willing to help (and she would, without fail, find the answer to anything she didn't immediately know herself). This made a lasting impression on me: her honestly created a bond of trust between us. I have spent half of my fifty years working in the automotive industry, have worked in several dealerships in England (including BMW and Ferrari) and I can genuinely say that Mercedes-Benz of Northlake (Charlotte, NC) is the finest example of the genre I have encountered. I was thrilled when the Huntersville Mercedes Benz deaiership opened and could not be more pleased with the service and support I have received. I have been a Mercedes owner since 1986. In 2013 I began my search for a new Mercedes (wanted a used one with low mileage) and had the pleasure of working with Rob Bacharach. Rob has been most attentive in providing guidance and finding the vehicle that will fit my current life style at my age. He would email me with pictures of cars that were candidates for me and, although I kept changing my mind as to what Mercedes model I really wanted/needed, he continued to aggressively pursue finding one that I would be happy with, would enjoy, and would be safe in. In November he found the right one. The sale was very professionally handled.....fact driven without emotion. Since that point in time Rob has reached out to me to ensure the car is working properly and promptly follows up on any questions/requests that I have. As you get older change becomes more difficult but I can honestly say this was a very seamless/painless process. Many thanks to Rob for his exemplary support. More
