Buyer beware. I couldn’t be any more disappointed with my experience at the Mercedes Benz of Northlake. Wanted to purchase our leased car-lease buyout. Told that I couldn’t be any more disappointed with my experience at the Mercedes Benz of Northlake. Wanted to purchase our leased car-lease buyout. Told that dealership was only allowing customers to purchase leased car as a courtesy and that they were not making any money on the deal. What! The dealership is allowing individuals to purchase a car as a courtesy. Treated like our presence at the facility wasn’t important and if the transaction took all day, so be it. After all we here at Northlake are providing a courtesy. More
