Kimberly is awesome! First off, I really don't like shopping for or purchasing new vehicles. Secondly, I was NOT planning to buy a Mercedes - I wasn't even intending to LO First off, I really don't like shopping for or purchasing new vehicles. Secondly, I was NOT planning to buy a Mercedes - I wasn't even intending to LOOK at a Mercedes. My husband arranged for me to test drive a vehicle at another nearby dealership but due to a construction detour, I was driving on Haggarty instead of Halsted. I was running early for my appointment so when I reached the intersection of Haggarty and Grand River, I decided to swing through the Mercedes lot to see if there was a vehicle that was "comparable" to the luxury SUV I was planning to test drive that day. Kimberly greeted me very warmly and indicated that the brand new 2020 GLE 350 would be the most similar vehicle to what I was going to test drive at the dealership down the road. I didn't have time to test drive the GLE but Kimberly quickly showed me a handful of the awesome features it offered and gave me a quick price printout for a vehicle they had in stock. I headed to the other dealership and learned they had loaned out the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive (despite my having an appointment). I also learned that I could not get the vehicle I was considering from that manufacturer with a factory installed trailer hitch OR with remote start, both of which are on my very short list of "mandatory" features. To be honest, I loved my current vehicle so much that at that point I was thinking I would just get another of the same model and be done with the whole shopping thing. But I kept thinking about the GLE with its cutting edge technology and sleek styling and I also really appreciated the idea of having such a friendly and helpful sales person to walk me through the arduous process of buying a new car. And, I trusted that Kimberly would be committed to helping me learn how to operate my GLE and make sure that I was getting the best experience from my vehicle. So... I dragged my husband to the Mercedes dealership and we test drove the GLE and we both loved it! We ordered a GLE and when Kimberly learned that it was caught up in the production line and wouldn't be ready for our big annual road trip, she quickly arranged to trade another dealership for one very similar to what we'd ordered. We have been so happy with our purchase and experience with Mercedes thus far. I especially appreciate how efficient, thorough, and FRIENDLY everybody has been from the sales (Kimberly) and service departments (I forgot to check name tags), and even the custodian. So friendly! We are so grateful to Kimberly for such a pleasant purchase experience! And we love our GLE!!!?? More

Poor communication and untrustworthy After visiting this dealership and test driving a vehicle twice, I made an offer and was told it was accepted. Then I received a call stating that the vehicle could not be sold and was being sold on the secondary market. Then I was told that in fact the vehicle was sold to someone on line. The same vehicle is now back on the website for sale again. More
