Mercedes- Benz of Novi, is one of the best Mercedes Benz dealership in USA if not the only one. don't take my wold for it, give it a shoot you will be surprise. Poor communication and untrustworthy After visiting this dealership and test driving a vehicle twice, I made an offer and was told it was accepted. Then I received a call stating that the After visiting this dealership and test driving a vehicle twice, I made an offer and was told it was accepted. Then I received a call stating that the vehicle could not be sold and was being sold on the secondary market. Then I was told that in fact the vehicle was sold to someone on line. The same vehicle is now back on the website for sale again. More
