Great service; professional staff. Disgusted that they now charge a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was comfortable. Sales people were on the floor and greeted us with warm smiles. We walked around and looked and touched!! All at our leisure. We were then approached by the manager and he introduced himself and welcome us to Mercedes Benz and then introduced us to our sales person Eric. He was fabulous!! He listened and appeased me. He gave me options and was in no hurry to “close the sale.” Eric was warm and funny but most of all knowledgeable of Mercedes Benz. He gave me some very helpful hints on the car and its functionality both in performance and its technology!! I cried when my car died on me and felt like I wouldn’t love another like I loved my old car. (Boy was I wrong) I totally love my new car! We sat with Thomas in the finance department, he was spectacular. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Best of all, now I feel like I am part of a new family at Mercedes Benz. I know that if there ever is an issue I can count on them to help. I will definitely be recommending Mercedes Benz of Orange County! More

Frank Devita and Omar were superb. What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to wait 10 days for the repair to be completed. If that doesn’t constitute getting a loaner car, I don’t know what would. I believe it had to do with no money being made for Mercedes and that is why I wasn’t entitled to a loaner car. More
