They had my car a week and didn't touch it once. Why make an appointment when you cant look at my car for another week?! Brought it in for 3 things, a creaking window that whistles when there is high wind. They heard the whistle and said they can't do much about it. Umm it's not a Kia, I think it's the window trim around the window, I don't care if they have to replace that trim, I don't care if they have to replace the window, I don't even care if they have to replace the door, it's not my problem and I shouldn't to just have to accept a constant creaking and whistle in my ear, even the foreman that went on an initial drive with me said the whistle was annoying. He didn't hear the creak but the day I picked it up after a week of them doing nothing, it was creaking like crazy again. Heads up display started wigging out on me and had video showing that. Then they were going to run a diagnostic because the car seems laggy and hesitate at times when accelerating and just something seems off. MB has gone down in terms of build quality and there are many issues that we seem to just have to accept. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they had my car for a week and didn't do or check anything. They could have at least replaced the window trim on the outside to see if that took care of the creak.. They could have replaced the HUD after I showed them the video. Their excuse for not looking at my car was that they were backed up with diagnostics, well.. You could have looked into the other two issues in the meantime. So disappointing from a "luxury" brand. Horrible service, shotty build quality.. It's not acceptable at all when they charge what they charge. Us customers should not have to settle. The whole experience made me order a X5 and trade mine in for a huge loss. I don't think I will ever buy a mb unless quality improves, and I most certainly will never give this dealership or service center any of my business again. From now on, I'll go to Helms Bros, or Ray Cantena. They are two of the best in the NY/NJ area. More

We went to get our two vehicles serviced. They damaged my vehicle. I didn't receive my car back the way I took it in and I have pictures to prove it. I told Mr. Omar I would like to get a second opinion because the part he said I needed I didn't believe he was being honest. When I told him I was going to get a second opinion, he stated unfortunately I couldn't get the car back unless I get it fix. I didn't understand why I couldn't. He stated he would call me back. When he called me back he stated u got a coolant leak and the warranty covers that. I asked him to put the old parts in the trunk. He stated he couldn't because he had to send them to the warranty company. So I told Mr. Omar to fix whatever the warranty covered. He provided me with pictures of the coolant he replaced. When I picked up my car the dealership broke the grill on the driver side of my car, the lost two of my back caps that goes on the part of the tire u put air in and the front of my car was sitting on the two front wheels. I asked him what happened to my car? I was very up set, Omar stated the car was sitting on my wheels because I needed some type of compressor. I'm not a mechanic so I didn't understand what he was saying. I asked to speak to a manager I waited almost an hour to speak to a manager. The young lady at the front desk stated the manager was un a meeting. I called the police to report what they had done to my car. The manager did agree to fix the grill on the front of my car, but he refused to fix my car from sitting on the two front wheels. I appreciated him correcting that issue, but I was devastated about not correcting my car from sitting on the two front tires. I have never been so upset 😡. What Omar and the mechanic did to my car was almost unforgivable. But I had to because I'm a woman of God. I'm going to end with this, when you do bad things to people, rest assure it will return to you. On that day my car wasn't the only car that was damaged. One man was complaining they put armor all all over the side of his vehicle I seen it, it was all on the side of his door on the passenger side and another gentleman was complaining they scratched his car. That dealership is one of the worst dealership I ever been to. I would never recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the young man that drove the shuttle. He took me home and picked me up when my car was ready. Thank you to the manager for at least fixing one of the problems the service department caused.
