I was visiting from out of town and noticed sudden shaking and difficulty accelerating. I called and made appointment for next day Omar and staff got me and in diagnosed problem which was a cylinder shaking and difficulty accelerating. I took my car there for the yearly service & NYS Inspection. My service advisor, E’mari, took me right away. He was very pleasant and professional.
