Oliver was a great help to us during our recent pre-owned car purchase. When we called in, looking for a specific vehicle that was advertised, we were routed to the incorrect dealership and got Oliver on th car purchase. Rather than transfer us again, Oliver immediately went to the sister dealership, picked up the car and brought it back to MB of Owings Mills where he assisted us with the rest of the sale.
