Not the type of service expected from a Mercedes dealer I purchased my car in mid-March dealing with Rene Javios. I completely understand that a dealership is in the business of making money, but sometimes I purchased my car in mid-March dealing with Rene Javios. I completely understand that a dealership is in the business of making money, but sometimes I think they need to remember that customer service is a must for any successful business. I will spare the details of some of the comments Mr. Javios made and the lack of follow-up, since he is no longer an employee there. I was hopeful that my experience with him would be the last of my bad experience with this dealership. When I purchased my car and arrived to pick it up, I noticed a few small dings that hadn't been there prior. I pointed these out and was told that Mr. Javios would contact me to set up time to make the repairs. After several months of not being able to get an appointment, I was notified that Mr. Javios was no longer an employee. After several calls to try to get my car fixed, I was able to get in touch with Mr. Robb Banks who was going to arrange the appointment. Because I travel, I offered a time when I wouldn't require a loaner and could leave my car for just over a week to allow ample time for the minor repairs. Mr. Banks notified me that he was going to inform Mr. Jim Abrecht of the date that I would drop off my car and what the repairs and service would be needed. I showed up as agreed and looked for Mr. Abrecht. Upon arrival, he appeared to have no knowledge of me, why I was there or anything about me dropping off the car. In addition, when he looked up that I took delivery of my car in late March and it was August, he had a comment about it being so long. I explained to him the situation and that Mr. Banks informed me to see him about the drop off. Overall, I felt like I was very out of place and asking for service that I didn't deserve or something. I explained to him the damage on my car and all he wanted to know was where it was parked. I also let him know that the car was due for the service B and since they would have it for a week, I would like that done as well. I watched him write everything down but honestly, I was a bit shocked that he wouldn't at least want to verify what my expectations were to ensure that the car was handled properly. I provided my keys and my phone number and was told someone would be in touch with me. Just over a week later, as I was returning, I realized that I had never heard anything about my car. My husband placed a call only to find out that first, they couldn't even find my car and then second, the service hadn't even been completed. I decided to leave my car for another few days to allow it to be properly serviced only to arrive to pick it up the following Monday, to find out that not only had the work not be completed, but a new scratch was added on my drivers side from the door all the way down to the rear quarter panel. At this point, I had now just paid over $500 for a service, had to arrange to drop off my car, pick up my car, get a ride when my car wasn't ready and then drive back to pick up the car when it was finally completed. I was told no longer was available because it was for people who made appointments. My car sat in this shop from 8/18-8/29 and was returned to me damaged without everything being completed and I was still charged full price and no accommodation for the fact that my car still wasn't ready. I was called later that night (5:30pm) to learn my car was finished - when I picked it up, it looked like the scratch had been removed while it was parked inside the shop. Once I got home, not only could I see swirls in the paint job, but signs of the scratch still exist. At this point, I'm having to take my car to a professional to have it looked at. I've left messages about the damage that remains on my car and no response. I will also be contacting Mercedes headquarters. This is the 3rd Mercedes I've owned and I've never had issues like this before. As of today, Sept 6th - I've heard nothing from this dealer other than several emails (standard) telling me how much they value their customers and look forward to my feedback. I try very hard to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this level of service is unacceptable and could have been easily avoided. Every customer should matter. More

Salesman ND and Sale Manager Jim Abrecht were great people to work with, they 100% they truly care about the customer, and demonstrated their professionalize. Then Chris Thompson, the product concierge, was down to earth and very professional, he knew the ins and outs of the car, and took great care of us, Fran King was a true delight to work with the financing part as well. For this new car, I had a thousand different picky questions during the buying process. Everyone I spoke with - my salesman Dylan Jones, sales manager Jim Albrecht - were not only patient and informative, but actively sought to ensure my concerns were met, following up with me via email, phone, text. It made me feel incredibly comfortable because I knew those guys worked really hard to make me happy. I won't even talk about the GREAT deal I got - I got the EXACT car I wanted at an incredible price. When the car was delivered, the MBOM "TEAM" - sales, finance, and even parts and service, met with me to make sure everything was in place (mbrace setup, Bluetooth). The car was spotless with a full tank of gas, and I've been loving it ever since!! If you're ever in the market for a new or certified pre-owned Mercedes, Owings Mills is the BEST in the Baltimore region! They've got a huge inventory, and will work to get you the Mercedes you've always wanted. Excellent Experience I have been buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz since 1993. I just had as good a sales experience as you can have leasing a C450 AMG. Sheldon Wollman I have been buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz since 1993. I just had as good a sales experience as you can have leasing a C450 AMG. Sheldon Wollman was a pleasure and should be as he is probably the most experienced Mercedes salesman in the state. He knows the product and he makes sure he knows his customer. I also dealt with Jeff Berlant, the GM, as the car had to be secured out-of-state. The concierge, Chris, who went over the features was as nice and knowledgeable as could be. This is how you are to be treated when buying/leasing a luxury car. They would treat any customer the same, even if they were selling a luxury brand, as these are fine people and a pleasure to do business with. More
