When I came in, they nonchalantly suggested that I should look for something different. I stormed away after wasting almost two hours in traffic. Aaron Broom at Owings Mills dealership was excellent. I called, told him exactly what I want and two hours later I had my car. No pressure. No unnecessary sales pitches. Very painless and professional.
