I am a true BMW enthusiast, so I thought before I met Mr. George Johnson. I met George four years ago when I first moved to Maryland. We test drove the C class and the E-class, wonderful cars. However, I purchased another 3-series BMW even after test driving In December of last year, I contacted George again, this time for my husband. Again, George was very helpful and willing to assist us on our purchase. Of course we went to two BMW dealerships, only to experience disappointment after disappointment. He opted purchased a Land Rover. Last week, I decided to call George to test drive an E350. This time I knew that the car I test drove was mine. To confirm that I did not want another BMW, I test drove a 2013 5-Series which is a very nice car, but it was something about the E350 that keep drawing my attention. The next day I went to George at R&H Motors. George knew just what I needed to accommodate my lifestyle. He was professional, honest, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I have great confidence that this was the best option for me. The team was also wonderful. Everyone was so hospitable and kind. Because of this I was fortunate enough to be able to have a sales experience that was satisfying especially since this was a major purchase. There was no pushiness and my wife and I felt extremely comfortable.
