He truly has the customer's best interest in mind and it came through in everything he has ever done with me. I met him a year or so ago when I was having one of my other Benzes serviced there. He truly took an interest in me and my car and talking to him was like talking to a regular friend. I can't say enough good about dealing with him and this organization. My experience with R&H service and parts department is what drove me to buy from R&H and continues to WOW me with their knowledge, ethics, speed of service and overall excellence. Certainly, you do not come to the MB dealer's service department to get the lowest price. But when you consider the value of the service being delivered and the courtesy and caring that it is delivered with, you can only conclude that it is indeed exchange in abundance for your hard-earned dollars. Andre in service has been great at keeping us on the road, free from breakdowns and looking out for our best interest. Bought a beautiful 2011 MB C300 4Matic in January. Very friendly but business-like atmosphere. Showroom is classy and not too 'busy' or overcrowded.
