R&H was the second dealership I had visited that day and the first salesperson should be forced to take lessons under George. He made sure I was completely satisfied and he continues to reach out to me to make sure I am still satisfied.The price could have been lower but I feel it was fair otherwise I would not have purchased the vehicle. I worked at Verizon for 33 years teaching customer service and I would definitely rate George a 10 as he went over and above making sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. First of all I am in sales myself, so I really value a good honest salesperon when I see one. George was pleasant from the moment I met him. I had already picked out the car I wanted when I visited the good honest salesperon when I see one. George was pleasant from the moment I met him. I had already picked out the car I wanted when I visited the lot the night before. When I came back the next day to test drive the car, he had it all ready for me. He explained alot of the features in detail and was very calming and not at all pushy about the sale. I immediately decided to purchase the car and we proceded with all the necessary paperwork. He told me he worked with the company for 11 years and I could tell that he had a great deal of expereince. I also had the chance to see him relate to some past clients and they all seemed to be quite frendly with him like he was part of their family. He shared with me that when I was out on the lot the night before, he was working with another cleint but politely stepped away and came out to talk with me. He said that two other salesman were available but I guess didn't think I looked like a Mercedes Benz customer so didn't bother to assist me. (that is not what he told me but what I gathered) I look forward to having George assist me in the coming years with my new Mercedes and I know him will be available when I have any questions or concerns and that is a great asset for me in my busy schedule........
