I went to R&H after looking at a used vehicle at another local MB dealer. (First time foreign vehicle for me). The other local dealer had a "smooth" salesman who could not answer some basic questio another local MB dealer. (First time foreign vehicle for me). The other local dealer had a "smooth" salesman who could not answer some basic questions relative to ext. warranty and some gaps in the carfax report. He brought his manager over who was just as clueless. I continued my search and went to R&H on a Sun. and found the exact vehicle I was looking for on the used car lot. (2010 E350). I went back the next evening and met Josh Pomles. Before getting into details of the vehicle he explained the R&H selling philosophy and customer service. Before letting my family and I take the vehicle for a test drive he mentioned that they did have the exact same vehicle new, a 2010 leftover. It was a few K dollars over the used vehicle. After the test drive i was convinced this was what I wanted. Without any sales pressure Josh and I discussed the price differences between the new and the used. I left letting him know that my wife and I would decide by the next day (Tues.) After a few discussions regarding pricing we remained apart in settling on pricing. Wed afternoon I put an offer on the table to Josh and without a few hours we finalized the deal for the new vehicle. There weren't any sales pressure at all. There were some minor blemishes on the vehicle which Josh made sure were taken care of to my satisfaction. When we went to pick up the vehicle on Thurs. evening we met Mac, the Business Mgr. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable and we spoke about family and work as she was preparing the final paperwork. She also explained the various options relative to add'l services that they can provide without pressure. I have purchased many new vehicles over 30 yrs. and by far this was one of the most positive experiences I have had in purchasing one. I would surely recommend Josh and Mac to anyone looking for a MB, people like them give R&H a great reputation!!! More

I had a very good experience dealing with R&H and Josh Pomles specifically. He explained all of my options clearly and was never pushy but helped me figure out what was best for me. I selected a Certified Pre-Owned C300 fully loaded and I couldn't be happier with the deal. I didn't even bother negotiating the price since it was already priced very aggressively with other prices I had seen elsewhere. The rest of the staff I had any interaction with were also helpful and friendly. Mac, in the finance department specifically comes to mind. She was very nice and clear when explaining terms and options. The selection of vehicles, new and CPO, seemed to be average to above average from the previous two dealerships I had visited in the area. I will definitely return to R&H and Josh for the next vehicle purchase my wife or I make. More
