I worked with the online sales associate to narrow down a price on 3 cars since I lived in the next state. I got prompt replies to emails and phone call follow ups. Micheal put me at ease with for me was a large purchase. He answered my questions and offered solutions and alternatives to options I was looking for. Micheal came up with a creative solution to get me the car I really wanted with all the options available. When I requested small alterations to the car they were done without any push back or change in price. When buying from out of state it was good to know the dealer was used to doing the paper work needed to transfer tiles and taxes. I was very pleased with all 3 of the employees I interacted with from the internet sales associate, in house sales associate and financing manager. More
