I must say that I have purchase many cars before, but my experience purchasing at R & H was the best thanks to my sales person, Likisha Pearson Jones. I could have went to two other Mercedes dealerships closer to my home, but I was referred to this dealership by USB and I do not regret driving the extra distance to purchase because of my pleasant experience at this dealership and with Likisha. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this dealership even down to management (Rick A.) and the finance department. Some dealerships even try to really push extras on you like extended warranties, paint sealant and etc. that will kept raising your final price up, but they did not keep bugging you with all the extras. Again, Likisha is one of the few trustworthy and best car sales associate that I have ever dealt with.
