First, I would like to start with the fact that Michael Mutter provides exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond, what a typical sales manager does. But he is not typical. They called me on Thursday evening and told me the car I wanted was available n set an appointment for Saturday morning. I called Saturday morning before leaving New York to make sure the car was still avai wanted was available n set an appointment for Saturday morning. Less than an hour late at the dealer, they tell me that they notified me by text that the appointment was canceled the day before and that the car was sold. I NEVER received a text. Furthermore a phone message was left on my phone at 9:40a on Saturday when my appointment was for 9:30a. They are either completely dishonest or a disorganized mess, either way I spent over $50 in tolls n gas and hours in traffic for nothing due to their total disregard. I had read another review stating something similar which is why I called that morning to double check, but still to no avail so beware! More

I recently had a very bad and disturbing service experience here. Our E-class had an engine light on, so we took it in. They recommended that we replace the turbocharger for $6,500. I took the car t experience here. Our E-class had an engine light on, so we took it in. They recommended that we replace the turbocharger for $6,500. I took the car to Bell Service in Paramus and they replaced the waste gate diaphragm for $600. Turbo is fine now. Bell has been fixing Benz for years and are honest and skilled mechanics. They didn’t understand why Benz didn’t do the simple repair. Mercedes Benz of Paramus also recommended I change the engine harness for $5,700 due to an oil leak. Bell found no evidence of a leak. Something is very wrong at this dealership. And we have bought 5 cars there over the years. I’m contacting the company but I doubt they will care. More
