This is my 3rd Mercedes from Prestige. I see lots of reviews about new sales experiences. Most customers are obviusly happy when they get a new car. He was honest, informative and responsive in addressing my vehicle issues and meeting all my expectations. Michael is also a story book example of how the Prestige family develops and grows their staff and their engagement comes through in how they treat their customers.
