Mitzi replaced 3 bulbs while i waited in the tail/brake lamp area. She always does everything possible to get my car in and out as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. My husband and daughter both drive BMW's and i have been to their dealership and am shocked at the difference in care they receive. I would never drive a BMW because of that reason!!! The service of a car is the most important aspect of owning a particular type of vehicle in my opinion. It can make your experience pleasant or a constant annoyance.
