Not a good experience. Not sure if the oil was even changed. Oil was really black when I checked it after service. I paid $800. I found a pocket knife under my hood. Brought in the vehicle for a 3 miner warranty repairs. 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. Took the vehicle straight to wilsonville Mercedes-Benz and they got it all fixed much soon 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. They charge you for unnecessary items and fees under the table at the sales department. You request a legitimate receipt and they say you can only pay cash, zelle, “CASH APP” on a service they are required to provide by Mercedes-benz/DIAMLER. Seams like the wilsonville location is taking all their business, and they are probably having a hard time with lack of customers. Simply because of their low quality of customer service. More
