My car was dropped off at 11am. The next day, magically, the car is actually fine, and they can do the alignment. I would have appreciated more transparency. Why was the car suddenly okay? The also did all four tires for the alignment, even though the repair shop and my insurance had said it just needed the front two aligned. This meant we had to put in a supplemental claim to my insurance. More
