The actual work done is fine enough but the communication and client service is very dismal. If you take it here for repairs, you won’t get any update on the progress of the repairs nor how long it will take and client service is very dismal. If you take it here for repairs, you won’t get any update on the progress of the repairs nor how long it will take to get done. Multiple times I’ve called to get and update on my vehicle and the front desk always says the service advisor is busy and will call you back which he most likely won’t. I gave 3 stars because the repairs and service gets done but I definitely do not feel like a valuable customer after a year of taking my car here with 3 repairs, 1 service A and 1 service B done. More
