From the time I walked in to Mercedes -Benz my experience was first class all the way. My salesman Kenny Levias went out of his way to make sure every detail was perfect! I spent over $1000 on annual service and breaks for my SmartCar, and they didn't even bother to change the headlight. It's a small thing, but details matter, and I expected more.
