Excellent people make for an excellent buying experience and that is what we found at MB of Portland. I first spoke to Andrew Fox and then Samuel Kim who was our salesman. Their direct, clear and trustworthy answers over the phone gave us confidence to travel 200 miles to see the advertised car. The car was 100% exactly what they said it would be. Everyone such as Nick and Jennifer were helpful with the paperwork. Sam has followed up to make sure everything is fine with the car. I appreciate his dedication to us. Service was not completed in full per the scope of service. Documentation noted services that were performed when they had not been executed and when I reached out to the service representative to service. Documentation noted services that were performed when they had not been executed and when I reached out to the service representative to ask why the services were listed but not performed he was dismissive. This should have been addressed when I picked up the car. I have found that this service center has consistently been misogynistic. The way they speak to my husband is always respectful and direct however they are dismissive and condescending when speaking to me. In my last service I pulled into the service area before a man but he was greeted and helped before me. I would not recommend this center or dealership. More
