A long way from "The Best or Nothing" I'm not at all impressed with Mercedes-Benz of Portland. Ordering my new $120,000 car, they entered the wrong leather code, forgot to have me sign a d I'm not at all impressed with Mercedes-Benz of Portland. Ordering my new $120,000 car, they entered the wrong leather code, forgot to have me sign a doc, forgot to get my license payment, and overcharged registration fees by $276, each of which I had to go back in for. They drilled two sets of holes for the front license plate and still mounted it crooked. They said it’d take one day to fix but it took four, and when they returned the car and said "looks great, huh?" it was still crooked, plus the body shop left my car with a paint drip, excess wax, excess putty, dirty, and with a broken frame washer and cap. I took it to another dealer where they remounted it correctly in ten minutes. When I went in to get the tires inflated one day, they didn’t screw on the dust cap. I haven’t liked any of the four service advisors I’ve had there over the years. The dealership is VERY cramped and difficult to maneuver and park at. Most new cars are in storage miles away. I sometimes stand in the service drive for four minutes before anyone even recognizes I am there. A part was ordered, they said it was in the next day but it wasn’t painted, so I had to come back. Then it took them 15 minutes to find the part. Much confusion over whether they’d cover a defective part on a brand new car. Sloppy car cleaning; wheels still dirty every time. They have a long way to go to supporting the corporate motto of “The Best or Nothing”. More

I was greeted by Pierre and due to a customer coming in early to pick up his new car Pierre asked Chan Saechao to assist me. I wasn't planning to purchase that day I was merely shopping but Chan was very helpful and his professionalism and product knowledge impressed me enough that I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz. He answered all my questions and helped me deal with exiting my current lease vehicle. (2013 Toyota Avalon) He helped me work through the numbers and presented the perfect in stock vehicle for me. He made the often unpleasant experience of shopping for and purchasing a vehicle not only pleasant but but also rewarding. I also found the F&I Manager to be customer focused and also very pleasant. Very happy customer - Thank you Team Mercedes!!!! More

Our sales rep Ben was patient, supportive and really kept his eyes open for what I was looking for. It didn't take too long (maybe a few days or a week) but he sent the perfect vehicle. I live East of Portland and work in Vancouver so not particularly easy to just run down to the dealership and "kick tires." After Ben found this perfect C300 I zipped out to see it in person. Yes. She was perfect. Less than an hour later Ben had my 2012 C300 and I pulled away in a gorgeous 2015 C3. From sales to finance the entire experience was sensational. (That's why my husband is moving into the Benz family and picking up his new E-Series next week.) Highly recommend the dealership - and ask for Ben Tait in sales - if you want a true buyers experience. More
