I’ve already reported numerous times - your service department is awful - and never finish and will not check out my safety features that are not working, they make excuses - I watch YouTube, my car is department is awful - and never finish and will not check out my safety features that are not working, they make excuses - I watch YouTube, my car is not working properly and I hit someone - also 2 runs where supposed to be touched up with the very expensive rim package that your staff sold me but the service dewormer. Always said I had to come back - this time the guy came to my house and said he was only authorized to do 2, I showed the tech at B 3 ri’s, now I have to drive back again -I have more, the entire last couple spots have been awful - -I need a new car, I’m certainly NOT getting another Benz More

This service was for a recall and it was great as usual. I especially appreciated the pick up and delivery service. I am a senior and don't like to drive in Portland on a good day.
