First time customer very impressed and satisified! I went into this dealership with no expectations or any desire to end up getting a Mercedes and the reason being that I have never had a Mercedes befo I went into this dealership with no expectations or any desire to end up getting a Mercedes and the reason being that I have never had a Mercedes before. I wanted to surprise my fiancée with the GLA250 but did not have much free time between going to school and work throughout the week. I communicated mainly with Alex Shaparin thru email which was almost 40 emails total at the end of the deal because I had many many questions and it was just such a breeze. As far as pricing goes whether your looking to lease or buy Alex and this dealership[p make it very simple and easy. They get straight to the point and give you their best price right up front so there is no need to haggle and go back and forth and waste extra time or get cheated . Overall, this was my first time at this dealership, as well as my first time at a Mercedes dealership in general and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership!
