Well having been a Mercedes owner since 1974 I knew that the vehicle I picked 2015 GLK350 would be the best, as we all know the buying experience can Well having been a Mercedes owner since 1974 I knew that the vehicle I picked 2015 GLK350 would be the best, as we all know the buying experience can be a frustrating challenge but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process at Mercedes Benz of Princeton first with Tom Dobrek who remembered my name as we had spoken on the phone previously.Tom along with his manager made the entire dreaded process of car buying and the trade in factor quite easy and fair.in fact the entire staff from the person removing the licence plate from my trade to helping transfer personal belongings to the new vehicle was above and beyond I would have expected. They even have a staff member go over in detail the complete workings and systems of the new vehicle which I found very helpful. A full tank of fuel made the entire experience even better. Tom Trovas made my day We went to Cherry Hill dealer to locate a MB, and the sales person is just a cold business man, so we did not make the deal. We then went to Freehold dealer, Sales gentlemen are nice, but they can not find the color we are looking for and try to sale a blue color which we absolutely hate. Finally, we decided to stop by the Princeton Mercedes, just to take our chance, Mr. Thomas Trovas provided the most appropriate service we received. In addition to being warm and courteous. he went extra miles to make the leasing of my 2nd MB as easy as possible. He made all the arrangements efficiently and honestly.
