Because I have a back to back schedule with my two kids, I won't be able to return the loaner car till next morning, and Miguel was very understandable and thoughtful too. The most transparent process I have ever seen--all details reviewed, double-checked, all possible combinations examined. Everything explained clearly. Dale took his time to consider the optimal combination of features and value-for-money packages. I felt well informed as well as respected. This was a unique experience.
