I had very specific requirements and paul was willing and happy to work to get it for me. He also suggested a few features i should consider in the car and it ended up as one of the best things I had ordered in the car. The wait for the car to be build is the most painful thing but even there Paul made it a point to update me with the status promptly. He even worked to get it delivered before the promised date of delivery. Every thing right from the test drive to the delivery was a smooth process and definitely would recommend Paul and mbprinceton to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. I almost forgot about the price point, i was offered a really great price for the features and my specific requirements. Paul also mentioned and applied for the discount program for the employer that i work for to get me a deal which was far better than the other dealers i talked to. More

I was looking to purchase a new 2015 or 2016 car and was considering Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, and Mercedes Benz. After numerous trips and test drives, I had decided on the MB and I visited two dealerships in the area. After meeting Arno, the dealership question was decided – it would be MB of Princeton. Arno is the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I have ever dealt with in a car buying experience. His goal was clear – to make sure that I made the right decision for me and purchased the car that would be the perfect car for my needs. He succeeded beautifully. He showed a tremendous amount of patients, allowing me to test several different models over several different visits until I found the right one for me. I never felt any pressure to make a decision or pick a specific vehicle – his focus was on me building the right car for me. He made sure that the car was ordered exactly as I designed it and kept me informed on every step of the production process – when it was being built, when it was built and when it was on its way to the dealership and ready for me to pick it up. It was accurate right to the day that the car would be ready for me to take it home. I couldn’t be happier with my 2016 E400 and my experience with Arno as the sales representative for MB of Princeton. Apparently have better things to do then sell cars. Have been buying Mercedes for year now from many dealer around the country and this is by far the worse and most disrespectful experience I have had. Salesperson Michael despite several request to send me number regarding a lease for a car just simply couldn't be bothered. Sent him all the info he needed and answered all his questions. Still nothing and in the end he just ignored me. Tried his manager nothing but a canned response. Contacted several other dealers in the NJ area via e-mail and received the info I need to make a decision that day or quickly the following day. So if you don't have time or like most people are not interested in going down to the dealership to make "buddies" with the salesmen this is not the dealership for you. Also, given how unresponsive their sales is I'm certainly glad I will not have to deal with there service department. Glad I'm taking my business elsewhere. More
