New service process is great - dropped car off, signed minimal paperwork, and back in my wife's car going home within 5 minutes. Similarly fast, easy pick up three hours later. Miguel is knowledgeable and excellent! He picks on items that are not obvious. Also he makes sure that car is clean both inside and out when returned. Brian McCoy was a pleasure to deal with. I was an out of town customer who blew out a tire. I had to be towed from the NJ Turnpike. My tire was not in stock and had to be ordered. Customer Service is getting deterioratedMy vehicle was Customer Service is getting deteriorated My vehicle was having some fan problem so I took my vehicle for diagnosis. When i left the car there was no Customer Service is getting deteriorated My vehicle was having some fan problem so I took my vehicle for diagnosis. When i left the car there was no check engine light. But when i collect the car check engine light was on. When i refused to take the car back, some service advisor Wilson or someone rudely refused to give me back the loaner and asked me to leave. People on front desks are friendly though. I never had this kind of experience in any delearship. Looks like this management is all for money and not for the customer service. Technicians messed up my car and returned me the faulty one. I am talking to Miguel now who is my service advisor and looking ahead to get it fixed at their cost. More
