We were up front with what we could afford, and said give us your best deal the first time. BAM! Done! There was no back and forth to the manager, nickel and dime arguments. They gave us a good deal, and the car had sold it's self. When we picked up the car it didn't take all night. While finance was busy with another customer, our salesman (Fadil Pehlic) showed us the entire car and it's findings, inside and out. When I left the lot I was very comfortable in my knowledge of the cars intricate operations. Finance was smooth, swift and no pressure to buy a ton of additional packages. I would highly recommend this dealership, and will likely go back next year when my husband needs a car! More

Exceptional Luck We were @ the BMW dealer looking at a 750 iL. Had extensively searched for CLS 550, but couldn't find the 'right one'. On a whim we stopped by the B We were @ the BMW dealer looking at a 750 iL. Had extensively searched for CLS 550, but couldn't find the 'right one'. On a whim we stopped by the Broad St store about 5:25p. Mike Rosen met us in the lot and asked what we were looking for. Had 2013, but was not what we desired. He reviewed our bucket list and vowed to find it. 2 days later we had an email, with pix, and the header, "l found your car!" Within a week; car was transported from Florida, got certified and we purchased. Unbelievable turn of events and the 'Perfect' retirement present for my wife! Excellent job, Mike! More
