I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an issue that occurred immediately following my first maintenance service, which was completed on 12/20/25. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was issue that occurred immediately following my first maintenance service, which was completed on 12/20/25. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was confident that all work had been completed properly, as that is what was communicated to me. However, while driving to my in-office workday in Napa, CA, I began hearing a loud and unusual noise coming from underneath my vehicle. Initially, I believed it may have been a tree branch or road debris, but the noise became increasingly concerning and forced me to pull over. Upon inspection, I discovered that the panel underneath the vehicle was loose and dragging, indicating that it had not been bolted or secured correctly after my maintenance appointment. This panel had been dragging for miles. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially given the cost of these maintenance services and the expectation of the highest level of care and safety. I have never experienced anything like this before, and it was particularly distressing as it occurred the same day I was scheduled to drive to Southern California for the holidays. As a result of this issue, I immediately felt unsafe driving the vehicle. It ultimately had to be towed from my place of employment, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. Despite this experience, I would like to acknowledge and thank Sean Williams for his immediate action and assistance in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. His responsiveness and support were greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. More
