Had my sprinter for 7 weeks and could only get a couple items repaired. Misorders on parts, and couldn’t fix the main items it was there for. Even screwed up my smog.. On the technical, service side, five stars. On the operational side, not so good. Recently for the second time, I waited more than 20 minutes to pick up my van. The issue is that when the cashier calls upstairs for the vehicle, if there's no one there to recieve the call, the cashier doesn't know that. Last year, Burnett personally had to go upstairs and retrieve my van. Not a good use of his time. This year I wasn't going to get him involved — and I waited until a lead guy downstairs noticed I was out there waiting for a long time.
