With was sent soon after, The car was done on time & done right Thank You. Oh the tech missed the left outer Tie rod end has a little play in it. He should have seen when they did the CV boots. First Service Experience at MB of Rocklin I scheduled my service online and indicated that I would wait for my E350. When I brought my E350 in for service I was greeted promptly and he showed I scheduled my service online and indicated that I would wait for my E350. When I brought my E350 in for service I was greeted promptly and he showed me to the waiting area. The service manager (Greg) came and introduced himself. I explained what my E350 needed and to my surprise Greg told me that my vehicle would be ready a a specific time, i.e., 9:20. The E350 was ready give or take a few minutes. Greg explained the service that was done in detail and the other things I should be aware of and needed. Greg demonstrated that he was very professional, detailed, and provided excellent customer service. I have found my permanent service center for my 2008 E350. Thank you Greg! More
