We had new tires put on the car and a complete alignment. They claimed that the wheels were bent and that there was a vibration in the front end. scheduled an appointment for 10:15am and didn’t get out til 5:15pm for a recall that is only suppose to take 1 hour. heard there was only 4 staff workers on saturday which backed up everything. heard there til 5:15pm for a recall that is only suppose to take 1 hour. heard there was only 4 staff workers on saturday which backed up everything. heard there are 3 ways to schedule an appointment which doesn’t connect the three together. usually, when i book an appointment now for a service it usually takes 6-8 hours. wish i could write down the disappointment i have but the staff are nice. would be hard for me to refer others to your business but the service piece has been hard digest. I bought the car from out of state and it took a week to get the vehicle. It's sitting in my garage however because the paperwork has taken two weeks (and counting) to come to me so I can register the car get the vehicle. It's sitting in my garage however because the paperwork has taken two weeks (and counting) to come to me so I can register the car in my home state. After paying for the car, the follow-up has been poor and there has been little sense of urgency to make sure I'm getting what I need. Further, I purchased the car based on the advertised price for it only to find out during the purchase process that I was being forced to pay for Zurich Shield treatment, which I didn't want (but had already been applied without my consent). To me this was false advertising and I was prepared to not follow through with the purchase if the charges had not been removed. Now having the car I am questioning what the benefit of it is as there's no visible evidence on the exterior that water sheds easier. I'm also seeing light scratches in the clear coat and I've not yet washed the car after having received it, so I question the benefit of the product at all. More
